1. RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

• Items must be initiated for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all brand tags attached.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email our customer support at support@daczar.com with your Order ID and photo/reason for return. Our reverse pickup team will collect the parcel from your doorstep.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 24-48 hours to your original payment method (UPI / Bank Account) or issued as DACZAR Store Credit.
